Rosewood London is seeking an experienced Events Head Waiter to lead casual and agency waiting associates through setup, service and breakdown for high-end functions. You will act as the primary contact for event organisers and guests, ensuring service excellence and seamless execution in line with Rosewood London standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage last-minute changes, and a dedication to safety and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead casual and agency waiting associates during event setup, service and breakdown.

• Coordinate with Events management to deliver functions per function sheet and Rosewood London standards.
• Resolve service issues and communicate outcomes to Events Operations team.
• Ensure safety, accuracy of Micros postings and reporting of incidents.

Together, the team plans and delivers memorable events while maintaining exceptional standards of service, preparation and guest care.YOUR ROLEAs Events Head Waiter, you will lead casual and agency associates through event preparation, service and breakdown.
