Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking an Events Waiter to support the smooth delivery of high-profile events at Rosewood London. You will prepare function spaces, handle equipment, and provide attentive service to clients and guests as part of the Banqueting team.

You will work closely with Events Operations managers and supervisors to meet function requirements while upholding Rosewood London's standards for service, safety and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for forthcoming events and help ensure function rooms are set and ready 30 minutes before each event.
• Support event set-up and breakdown, ensuring rooms are left neat or prepared for the next function.
• Provide attentive service to event clients and guests, responding promptly to requests and last-minute changes.
• Work with Events Operations managers and supervisors to deliver each event according to the relevant function sheet.
• Ensure glasses, plates, linen and other operational equipment are polished, prepared and ready for use.
• Maintain departmental, health and safety standards while reporting accidents, defects, damage and breakages through the appropriate procedures.
