Job Description:

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading independent consultancy firm recruiting for an Events Executive to join their London office on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week). The role involves supporting the Events Manager to deliver a varied events programme, from venue finding to invitations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proactive approach, able to use initiative, and eager to contribute ideas and help achieve goals.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage event logistics, including setup and breakdown.
  • Update project teams and stakeholders on event progress.
  • Communicate with delegates and handle queries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Prepare event materials (badges, handouts, stands) and assist during events.
  • Collaborate with the Events Manager on flagship events and manage smaller events and corporate hospitality.
  • Support event reporting, administration, and coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams.

The Candidate:

  • Experience in event management, with 1-3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and task prioritization abilities.
  • A team player who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
