Through their C-level events in Europe and North America, they aim to facilitate high-level discussions between technology end-users and providers, fostering a collaborative business environment.

What would I be doing?

As an Event Manager, you will be at the heart of producing a diverse portfolio of events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing a series of B2B events
• Working closely with third-party stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
• Keeping meticulous records and creating polished, presentation-ready materials across various platforms, including spreadsheets, websites, and event documents
• Coordinating logistics with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Managing event budgets to maximise impact
• Travelling internationally to oversee events and guarantee their success

What would they expect from me?

• A minimum of one years experience in the event industry
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and excel in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and budgets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
