Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to support activities aimed at generating business growth within the DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions Group.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, creative, and able to work efficiently in a team environment to meet deadlines. This role is suitable for recent graduates or those looking to develop their careers in events.

What you will do
  • Support event activities such as maintaining mailing lists, creating invitations, and monitoring the events inbox.
  • Handle various event support requests from across the business.
  • Assist with organizing and setting up in-person and online events and meetings.
  • Maintain and update mailing lists using our CRM system.
  • Create weekly event status reports for stakeholders.
  • Update tasks on the events project board upon completion.
  • Support the Senior Events Manager in planning and coordinating events.
  • Assist with producing presentations and collateral, ensuring branding consistency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and careful proofreading.
  • A positive, motivated, and creative individual eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident with good interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with basic knowledge of Excel.

  • Understanding of DAC Beachcroft as an international firm and ability to operate as part of a global team.
  • Willing to travel as needed, including out-of-hours event support.
