Job summary

Ashdown Park Hotel is seeking a guest-focused team member to ensure guests are warmly acknowledged throughout the hotel and to maintain exceptional service standards on every shift.

You will act as an ambassador for Ashdown Park, promoting services during events and informing guests about promotions, while supporting management and leading the team when needed. Under supervision, you will help set up and maintain service standards across all outlets.

Responsibilities

• To always ensure professional Guest focus and to ensure all Guests are acknowledged warmly wherever you find them throughout the Hotel
• Be an ambassador for Ashdown Park Hotel and promote all services at the end ar of events, promotional offers and other relevant information
• To work in line with set standards by your department manager, with a positive can - do attitude
• In the absence of the department manager/ assistant manager, to take control and run the shift, delegating relevant roles and responsibilities to the rest of the team
• Assist the department manager in ensuring standards are always met regarding setups and service styles.
