• Be an ambassador for Elite Hotels and promote all services at the end of events and promotions.
• To work in line with set standards by your department manager with a positive can-do attitude.
• In the absence of the department manager, to take control and run the shift, delegating roles and responsibilities to the team.
• Assist the department manager in ensuring standards are met regarding setups and service styles.
