Job summary

Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club, part of Elite Hotels, is seeking friendly F&B Assistants to deliver outstanding service across our catering operations, including conference, restaurant, lounge, bars and room service. Training will be provided, with emphasis on guest satisfaction, upselling opportunities and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a smart appearance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends in a rural setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Full training will be provided to learn hotel standards and procedures.
• Flexible, reliable and passionate about delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests across conferences, restaurant, lounge, bars and room service.
• Take orders, explain menu items and allergen information clearly.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces; assist at weddings and corporate events.
• Promote hotel facilities and ensure high standards of service and guest care.
• Maintain hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
