Job summary

Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club's Anderida Restaurant seeks a capable Restaurant Manager to lead a busy service and early breakfast. You will organise shifts, ensure training, and develop the staff experience to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee a team with strong customer focus, maintain service quality, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to adapt to evolving guest expectations while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Strong operational track record with a sound knowledge of Food and Beverage.
• Proven experience of managing a team and training, developing, and motivating people to achieve targets.
• Successful restaurant career with excellent customer care and management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
• Customer-focused and able to work within deadlines to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide the highest quality guest service.
• Contribute to the profitable operation through budgets and stock control.
• Consult with the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef on changing food styles and guest expectations, and communicate this effectively.
