Job summary
Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club is seeking friendly F&B Assistants to join our hospitality team. You will help ensure guests across our conference, restaurant, brasserie, lounge, bars and room service enjoy a memorable experience by delivering the highest standards of service.
No previous experience required; full training provided. You should be flexible, reliable, with a passion for people and a neat appearance, able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends in a rural setting with
Qualifications
- Must be friendly, professional and approachable.
- Smart appearance and good presentation.
- Willingness to learn about food and wine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Promote the hotel and its image while delivering high service.
- Inform guests about facilities and services.
- Set up meeting rooms and function spaces; assist events.
- Take orders and relay them accurately; advise on menu items and allergens.
- Follow food hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist with cleaning duties as directed.
