The Grand Brighton, part of Leonardo Hotels, is seeking a Conference & Banqueting Bartender to join onsite on a zero-hour, part-time basis. You will deliver guest care in our busy events spaces and uphold SOPs in the bar.

You’ll work with a friendly team, adapt to changing service environments, and have opportunities to access training through the Leonardo Hotels network. We value initiative and guest-focused service to help create memorable moments for guests at the Brighton property.

Responsabilités

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Address guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to elevate the overall guest experience consistently.
• Demonstrate adherence to SOPs within the bar and maintain a safe, organized service area.
• Operate the bar in a safe and organized manner and report issues to management.
