Brighton Grand Hotel Operations Ltd, trading as The Grand Brighton, is seeking a Conference & Banqueting Bartender on a zero-hour contract with flexible hours. You will deliver exceptional guest care at the bar, handle guest requests, and work with colleagues across departments to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing service environments.
• Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Address guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to elevate the guest experience.
• Understand and follow hotel SOPs in the bar and general standards.
• Operate the bar safely and in an organized manner, reporting issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, data protection and health & safety regulations.
