Job summary

The Grand Brighton, part of the Leonardo Hotels Limited Edition portfolio, is seeking a friendly F&B Bar Back Assistant & Kitchen Porter to support the smooth operation of the bar and kitchen. You’ll help keep areas clean, restock supplies, wash glassware, and assist opening and closing duties while representing the hotel with warmth.

Responsibilities

• Keep bar and kitchen areas clean and organised, including counters, floors, equipment and storage areas.
• Restock bar and lounge supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers and garnishes.
• Wash glassware, crockery and cutlery; dispose of recycling and food waste per Leonardo initiative.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, setup, breakdown and inventory.
