The Grand Brighton, part of the Limited Edition collection within the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking a Conference & Banqueting Bartender. This zero hour contract role focuses on delivering exceptional guest care while operating the bar to high standards.

You’ll work with hotel teams across departments to maintain smooth service and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates are proactive, team-focused, and comfortable adapting to a dynamic hospitality environment.
