Job summary

The Grand Brighton, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join the Cyan restaurant. This part-time role mainly covers evenings, with basic hourly pay plus service charge and Leonardo benefits.

You will deliver exceptional hospitality, take orders, address guest concerns promptly, collaborate with colleagues to elevate the guest experience, and adhere to safety and company policies. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and deliver exceptional hospitality.

• Operate safely and report hazards and issues to management.
