Levy is seeking a Logistics Manager for Utilita Arena Birmingham to lead end-to-end logistics, stock control and event replenishment across two venues. You will manage stock, ordering, deliveries and transfers to support a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and the ability to plan across multiple events, ensuring profitability and compliance with safety policies. A competitive package accompanies extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, stock control, warehousing or similar operations.
• Experience managing stock and ordering in a high-volume/events venue environment desirable.
• Strong understanding of stock accuracy, rotation, reconciliation and waste control.

Responsabilités

• Own stock management across both arenas, maintaining accurate levels aligned to event demand.
• Lead stock counts, variance investigation, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate ordering and deliveries, and liaise with Retail/Premium/Culinary teams.
• Develop event-by-event replenishment plans and ensure readiness before doors.
• Improve availability, reduce stock-outs and support forecasting and planning.
