Job summary

Levy in Birmingham is seeking an F&B Event Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver retail food and beverage operations at Utilita Arena and BP Pulse Live. You will own event forecasting, labour deployment and commercial performance, while ensuring safety and a superior guest experience.

The role manages revenue, SPH, and unit profitability with a focus on operational excellence and team leadership across both venues. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality/arena environment.
• Experience managing large event operations and delivering through teams.
• Strong understanding of event forecasting, labour planning and budget management.
• Experience analysing sales performance, SPH and commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail food and beverage operations during assigned events across NEC venues.
• Forecast budgets, labour plans and stock requirements aligned to revenue targets.
• Analyse event performance and implement improvements for future results.
• Direct Team Leaders and event-day teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Champion guest experience and manage customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and SOPs.
