Job summary

Levy UK in Cardiff leads strategic and operational management across retail, hospitality and logistics within the stadium, ensuring end-to-end supply chain efficiency, safety and cost-effectiveness. You will drive procurement, inventory control, transport planning and equipment lifecycle while delivering exceptional client service and commercial targets.

The role requires leadership of large, seasonal teams, rostering, performance reviews and strong stakeholder engagement to support on-site

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for front of house retail and back of house logistics across the stadium.
• Lead, develop and inspire operational and logistics teams to deliver retail, hospitality and catering services that meet client expectations and commercial targets.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, stock rotation and storage to optimise availability and reduce waste.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution of supplies; plan contingency logistics for peak periods and disruptions.
• Own P&L drivers for retail and logistics operations; manage costs and deliver financial targets.
• Lead performance reviews, talent development and rostering for managers and frontline staff.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
