Job summary

Joblogic is scaling its events program and seeks an Events Logistics Specialist to own the operational delivery for calendar events. You will work closely with the Senior Events Manager to ensure venues, suppliers and on-site teams are briefed and coordinated, with a focus on timely execution and data accuracy.

The role suits someone hands-on, highly organised and detail-focused, who enjoys coordinating logistics rather than owning strategy. Hybrid working in Birmingham is available.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating logistics for B2B events, trade shows or conferences.
• Highly organised with a methodical approach to timelines and checklists.
• Confident managing suppliers, venues and contractors day-to-day, keeping them to brief and deadline.
• Familiarity with CRM or registration systems for attendee data.
• High attention to detail and calm under pressure during on-site delivery.
• Team player who supports someone else’s strategy and makes it run brilliantly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of event logistics and on-the-ground delivery for each event.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, registration platforms, AV, merchandise and contractors.
• Build and maintain event timelines and supplier schedules; flag risks early.
• Manage event registration and attendee communications for a smooth experience.
• Handle lead-up work: bookings, print and merchandise orders, badge setup.
• Oversee pack-down and post-event admin; ensure timely data handover to sales.
