Hybrid set up:

Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Key responsibilities for this Events & Communications Assistant position:
  • Support the planning and delivery of a busy programme of corporate events, investor events, internal events and networking events
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, accommodation, suppliers, invitations, guest communications, registrations and attendee management
  • Manage RSVPs, guest lists and event administration for a range of high-profile events
  • Provide on-site support at events and assist with the smooth running of each event from planning through to execution
  • Maintain and update the events calendar across multiple audiences and stakeholder groups
  • Support event budgeting, reporting and tracking activity
  • Assist with website updates, internal communications and social media scheduling
  • Help create presentations, marketing materials, event invitations and event collateral
  • Maintain media and stakeholder databases
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Experience gained within events, hospitality, guest relations, communications, luxury service or another client-facing environment
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

  • Highly professional, polished and discreet
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
