Salary : £45,000 per annum

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the Conference & Events team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Maximise profitability across a multi-million-pound operation.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver business strategy.
  • Ensure flawless event execution — from setup to close — meeting client KPIs and service standards.
  • Collaborate with culinary, cellar, and operations teams to deliver premium experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation, training, and operational excellence.
