Job summary

ZPos Ltd in Swindon is seeking a friendly, reliable customer support agent to assist restaurants and their customers by phone, email and live chat. Full training will be provided; prior office experience is essential.

You will work shifts that are busy in the afternoons, evenings and weekends. 18+ and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including holiday entitlement and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role, preferably in an office setting.
• Minimum of 7 GCSEs with A-C in Maths and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Notifying restaurants by telephone of outstanding orders
• Helping customers order their meal via live chat
• Troubleshooting general technical issues
• Providing customer service for clients calling into the office
• Performing general administration duties
