Job summary

ProCook seeks a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate to deliver support across phone, email and live chat. You will process orders accurately, provide product advice and handle after-sales queries while coordinating with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.

You will record feedback, protect customer data and act as a positive ambassador for the brand. Weekend work is required and you will join a two-week rotating schedule for about 28.25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient support across phone, email, and live chat

• Help customers with product advice, order updates, and after-sales support
• Investigate and resolve customer queries, seeking the best possible outcome
• Work closely with courier partners to help ensure successful and timely deliveries
• Record customer feedback and report product issues through appropriate channels
• Support the smooth running of the online ordering process
• Handle customer information responsibly and in line with data protection requirements
• Act as a positive ambassador for the ProCook brand in every customer interaction
