Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous contact centre or customer service experience.
• Confident phone manner and clear written communication.
• Calm under pressure and able to work unsupervised.
• Reliable attendance across weekend and evening shifts.
• Experience in property management/maintenance is desirable but not essential.
