Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) in Erith, London to oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations. You will lead a night shift, manage resources, ensure safety compliance and drive KPI performance while supporting people processes including interviews and disciplinaries.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in supervising a warehouse shift.
• Experience with disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge for warehouse operations.
• Capable of mentoring colleagues to achieve potential.
• Ability to follow and implement company procedures.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources according to demand and volume.
• Oversee safe handling of products in inbound/outbound processes.
• Ensure goods are handled to minimize damage and follow manual handling guidelines.
• Conduct regular Health & Safety checks and SOP adherence.
• Communicate issues promptly to the Senior Manager.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and site security.
