Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Evening Ward Clerk for Ward F9 on OAU (A9). The successful candidate will be proficient, organized, and possess excellent people and communication skills to provide a comprehensive clerical service to patients and perform high‑quality administrative duties.

You will work closely with Consultants, Doctors and nurses to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong IT and data input skills.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Ability to work with MDT and handle clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Update Hive system and manage patient data.
• Answer calls and liaise with relatives.
• Order relevant paperwork and stationery.
• Work with MDT to complete tasks on time.
