Bleckmann is seeking a warehouse supervisor in the UK to lead designated areas, manage shift staffing, and drive safe, efficient stock control. The role requires strong leadership and experience in logistics, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with operations, coach teams, and monitor KPIs while ensuring quality and timely stock movements. A permanent, full-time position with a 16:00-00:00 shift and a salary up to £33,000 plus a shift allowance awaits the

• Leadership experience in logistics, retail, or ecommerce.
• Experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of WMS (JDA) and strong Excel skills.
• Background in stock control, inventory, production, or quality.
• Accurate, quality-focused and improvement-minded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead staff and workflow in your assigned area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Coach and support team development.
• Assist with performance, conduct, and absence management.
• Drive continuous improvement and support projects.
• Ensure team performance meets KPIs (accuracy, productivity, service).
• Maintain stock accuracy through counting, investigation, and adjustments.
• Work closely with operations to ensure efficient stock flow.
