Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a hands-on warehouse supervisor to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role runs Monday to Friday, 16:00–00:00 with flexibility during peak periods, and offers an annual salary up to £33,000 plus a shift allowance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead staff and workflow in your assigned area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Coach and support team development.
• Assist with performance, conduct, and absence management.
• Drive continuous improvement and support projects.
• Ensure team performance meets KPIs (accuracy, productivity, service).
• Maintain stock accuracy through counting, investigation, and adjustments.
• Work closely with operations to ensure efficient stock flow.
• Support internal stakeholders with stock-related queries.
