Job summary

Bleckmann is hiring for a permanent, full-time warehouse supervisor role in the UK. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 16:00–00:00, with peak-period flexibility and a salary up to £33,000 plus a shift allowance.

You will lead a designated area, manage labour, stock, and safety, while driving continuous improvement and KPI performance. Candidates should have leadership experience in logistics, strong Excel skills, familiarity with WMS (e.g., JDA), and a focus on accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in logistics or ecommerce.
• Proven ability to manage staff and daily KPIs.
• Knowledge of WMS (e.g., JDA) and strong Excel skills.
• Stock control, inventory, or production experience.
• Quality-focused with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Automation experience desirable.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and workflow in your assigned area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Coach and support team development.
• Assist with performance, conduct, and absence management.
• Drive continuous improvement and support projects.
• Ensure team performance meets KPIs (accuracy, productivity, service).
• Maintain stock accuracy through counting, investigation, and adjustments.
• Work closely with operations to ensure efficient stock flow.
• Support internal stakeholders with stock-related queries.
