Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd in Corby is hiring a permanent, full-time warehouse supervisor. You will lead an assigned floor or area, manage staff, plan labour and activities, and foster safe working practices while driving KPI performance.

Hours are 08:00–16:00 and 16:00–00:00, rotating every two weeks with flexibility during peak periods. The salary is up to £31,094.71 per year, plus an additional shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in logistics or warehouse settings.
• Proven ability to manage staff and plan workload.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., JDA).
• Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and team engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned floor or area within the warehouse and manage staff.
• Plan labour, equipment, and activities for shifts.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times.
• Coach and develop team members; provide feedback.
• Support performance management and adherence to company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects.
• Be accountable for KPI attainment (productivity, accuracy, service levels).
