Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experienced in managing teams.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.
• Delivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement.
• Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement.
• Automation experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned floor or area within the warehouse and plan labour, equipment, and activities during the shift.
• Manage staff and workflow in a designated area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Support team development through coaching and feedback.
• Assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management per policies.
