Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage a designated area, oversee processes, people and stock accuracy, and plan labour and activities for the shift.

You will lead staff, ensure safe working practices, coach team development and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with operations to maintain stock flow and meet KPIs. A strong background in logistics, stock control and WMS/Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in logistics, retail, or ecommerce.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Strong communicator and motivator.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and workflow in your assigned area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Coach and support team development.
• Assist with performance, conduct, and absence management.
• Drive continuous improvement and support projects.
• Ensure team performance meets key KPIs (accuracy, productivity, service).
• Maintain stock accuracy through counting, investigation, and adjustments.
• Work closely with operations to ensure efficient stock flow.
• Support internal stakeholders with stock-related queries.
