Job summary

Bleckmann UK in Crick is hiring a permanent Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead a designated area from 16:00 to 00:00, with flexibility during peak periods. Salary up to £33,000 plus a shift allowance and benefits.

You will plan labour, oversee processes and stock accuracy, coach the team, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and high KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing warehouse staff.
• Experience leading teams in logistics, retail, or ecommerce.
• Strong knowledge of WMS (e.g., JDA) and advanced Excel skills.

Job description

This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 16:00-00:00 with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £33,000.00 depending on skills and experience, plus a shift allowance.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a designated warehouse area, overseeing processes, people, and stock accuracy. Plans labour and activities for the shift while maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive working environment.

Profile:

• Leadership experience, ideally in logistics, retail, or ecommerce
• Experienced in managing teams
• Knowledge of WMS (e.g., JDA) and strong Excel skills
• Background in stock control, inventory, production, or quality
• Accurate, quality-focused, and improvement-minded
• Strong communicator who engages and motivates team
