Norfolk and Waveney Mind is recruiting for an Intensive Recovery Worker - Evening Sanctuary based in Norwich. You will work 18 hours per week across 3 days with an evening pattern from 6PM to midnight, rota-based, including bank holidays.

Starting salary £25,390 with probation uplift to £26,206; salary pro rata for part-time hours and 7-day operation year-round. The role supports individuals in mental health crisis via the REST Norwich Evening Sanctuary, offering recovery-focused, person-centred

Qualifications

• Experience of working with a diverse group of people.
• Experience of working within mental health support – specifically out of hours services.
• Experience of safety planning and creating achievable safety plans for people accessing support.
• Experience of liaising with police and ambulance teams.
