Job summary

Lloyds Clinical is seeking a call centre advisor to support the patient services team, assisting treatment for 100,000 patients across the UK. You will manage enquiries about medication, book deliveries and coordinate prescriptions, and send letters to patients we cannot contact while providing updates to hospitals.

If you have an excellent telephone manner and a caring nature, this role is for you. The shift runs 13:00–21:00, contributing to best-in-class patient care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manners and a caring nature.
• Ability to liaise with vulnerable individuals via the telephone.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and meet targets.

Responsibilities
