Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD is seeking a 999 - Clinical Advisor for night shifts to communicate clinical information effectively with NHS partners and support seamless care.

You will provide clinical oversight, evidence-based advice, and onward referrals within the NHS, while monitoring live 999 calls with ECTs. UK registration and relevant nursing/paramedic qualifications are essential to join the Integrated Contact Centre.

Qualifications

• Current UK professional registration is required.
• Desirable mentorship qualification and experience.
• Significant post-qualification experience in acute or primary care.
• Must be registered to practice (NMC or HCPC) and able to work within the NHS 999 environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to ensure safe patient outcomes and offer evidence-based clinical advice and NHS onward referral.
• Monitor live 999 calls handled by Emergency Call Takers (ECTs).
