Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a PM Flows Transport Admin on an evening shift for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will act as the operational heartbeat of our outbound shipments, ensuring documentation, stock accuracy, and on-time dispatch while collaborating with a busy transport team.

You will work with WMS systems, including SAP and Manhattan, manage carrier check-ins, and support the Team Leader to maintain safety and momentum on the floor. A proactive problem-solver mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), especially SAP/Manhattan.
• Strong Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Organized and proactive with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Trailer Execution: dispatch and load planning for on-time departures.
• Manage Carrier Check-Ins & Departures: liaise with transport drivers on-site.
• Guarantee Flawless Documentation & Customs Compliance: prepare transport paperwork and notes.
• Support Team Leadership & Floor Coordination: assist Team Leader and guide operators.
• Drive System & Dispatch Accuracy: ensure accurate data in all systems for each truck.
• Troubleshoot Outbound Discrepancies: resolve loading or paperwork issues quickly.
