L'Oréal, the global beauty leader, is seeking a Logistics Organisation Team Manager to lead the Stock Control and Stock Synchro teams at Trafford Park. You will drive inventory accuracy, implement continuous improvements, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced DC environment.

The role requires strong IT and admin skills, hands-on leadership, and experience with Manhattan WMS and SAP NEO. You will partner with the Logistics Organisation & Quality Manager to deliver KPI targets and

Strong administration and IT skills; experience with Manhattan WMS and SAP NEO.
High level of commitment to health, safety and wellbeing protocols.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing a team.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and manage complexity.
Ability to build networks and influence stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver who drives continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day activities, track KPIs, and build training and upskilling plans.
Improve accuracy, efficiency, and quality by analyzing daily patterns and formulating action plans.
Manage local Masterdata to prevent operational constraints.
Monitor product aging and coordinate stock destruction with stakeholders.
Maximize storage utilization and monitor stock flow in DC.
Ensure processes are followed for sensitive movements in MNHT & SAP.
Maintain a safe work environment and drive productivity initiatives.
Provide clear upward reporting to management.
