Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for the AM shift at Trafford DC. This full-time permanent role puts you at the operational heart of shipments, ensuring safety, accuracy and timeliness while working with a driven team.

The successful candidate will support daily warehouse activities, adhere to quality processes and health & safety standards, and embrace development opportunities within a world-class global beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Experience working with computers would be preferable.
• Good understanding of warehouse picking and quality processes.
• High level of Health and Safety awareness.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Flexible approach to tasks and working hours, including overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader to complete daily operational tasks.
• Observe health and safety procedures in the DC operation.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and on time.
• Coordinate pick waitings to keep picking flow smooth.
• Liaise with inbound/outbound loading teams to keep the diary on plan.
• Develop leadership skills through on-the-job training.
