Job summary

Routes to Work in the United Kingdom is seeking Night Shift Warehouse Operatives on a permanent full-time contract. You will join a growing team delivering high-volume warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Successful candidates will be punctual, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting and moving pallets. Training for MHE (Counterbalance FLT and Powered Pallet Truck) will be provided.

They are currently looking to recruit Night Shift Warehouse Operatives on a permanent full time contract. They are seeking out hard-working, punctual and reliable people who have a keen eye for detail and are able to follow structured processes and instructions.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to work, a strong work ethic and the desire to deliver a consistent level of excellent customer service. Shift Pattern 00:00-09:00 Mon-Fri / Tue-Sat

Shifts are 9hrs with a 1 hr unpaid break

Hourly rate : £13.54

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Load, unload and sort customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain a consistent and excellent level of customer service

Maintain a strong work ethic in a fast pace manual and physical role

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Communicate well with co-workers and management

Consistent with quality service standards and comply with procedures

Physically fit as role involves a lot of lifting of items and moving pallets.

PC Skills, experience in warehouse work, attention to detail
