Job summary

Whitworths is hiring a Warehouse Administrator for night shift, 23:00–07:00. You will support inventory, goods-in and dispatch processes, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams. A focus on health & safety and continuous improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in stock control and record keeping.
• Experience handling inventory movements and data entry in a warehouse setting.
• Proficient with MS Office and warehouse systems for timely processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes to ensure accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Handle goods-in, order processing and stock control workflows.
• Maintain accurate records using warehouse systems and PC-based applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet business needs and timelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure tasks meet health and safety standards.
