Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team in Lutterworth.

As a DS Team Leader on the evening shift, you will drive the success of our Scanning Centre, plan and monitor operations across Scanning, Indexing, Records Management, and Storage, and act decisively with limited supervision.

Experience in a contact centre, warehousing, or production background would be advantageous as you lead, train, and motivate the team, manage shift rotas, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Scanning Centre operations across digitisation, receiving, warehousing, and distribution to achieve optimal space utilisation and operational performance.
• Collaborate with the DS Supervisor, internal teams, clients, and suppliers to coordinate daily tasks, resolve feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with digitisation, warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation, plus internal security and health and safety policies.
• Conduct departmental risk assessments, enforce safe systems of work, and fulfil statutory reporting for occupational health and safety.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the Digital Solutions team while managing shift rotas and performance appraisals.
