Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a sizable cleaning team on a prestigious site. You will oversee daily operations, uphold standards, and ensure safety and efficiency across shifts.

Known COSHH practices and a full UK driving licence are essential, along with strong eye for detail and reliability. You will foster teamwork and maintain KPI/SLA targets to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing a team of cleaners.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Knowledge of COSHH and safety guidelines.
• Good eye for detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team across a large site, covering sickness and holidays.
• Maintain cleaning standards and hygiene across the site.
• Understand and meet KPI/SLA targets with monthly audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Build strong working relationships with operatives and site management.
• Ensure cleanliness of site offices, toilets, canteen and warehouse areas.
• Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance.
• Work efficiently to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public.
