Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Security Customer Service Ambassador to work onsite with our clients. You will deliver high quality guarding and outstanding customer service to clients and service users, ensuring safety and professional conduct at all times.

The role focuses on client satisfaction, proactive patrols, and clear communication between client and management. You will respond to incidents calmly, follow emergency procedures, and uphold our standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence (Door Supervision/Security Guarding) is required.
• Ability to deliver professional customer service daily.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Patrol as instructed and act as a visible security presence.
• Detect and report suspicious activities.
• Provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management.
• Be aware of all emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Administer First Aid as per training and legislation.
• Complete basic Fire Fighting and Fire prevention procedures.
