Job summary

FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited in Swindon is seeking an Operations Support Agent for maternity cover on a 20-hour week, with a 16:00–20:00 shift, Monday to Friday.

You will handle customer calls about collections and deliveries, sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries, investigate failed deliveries, and input data into our tracking system. Full training is provided, and a competitive salary plus benefits awaits.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding collection requests and delivery queries.
• Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries.
• Check and investigate failed deliveries/collections when needed.
• Prioritise and re-allocate failures for the next day delivery as required.
• Inputting data into our tracking system.
• Maintaining clear and effective communications with the team/managers and other depots.
• Following FedEx processes, procedures and controls; complying with external regulatory requirements.
