Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for the AM shift at Trafford DC on a full-time permanent contract. You will act as the operational heartbeat, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-schedule shipments while collaborating with a driven team.

Key responsibilities include daily operational tasks with the Team Leader, maintaining health and safety standards, accurate picking, and delivering perfect orders to satisfy customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience using computers.
• Understanding of warehouse picking and quality processes.
• High level of Health and Safety awareness.
• Motivation and ability to work unsupervised.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible approach to tasks and hours, including overtime.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and customer requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Leader to complete daily operational tasks.
• Observe health and safety procedures within the DC operation.
• Ensure orders are picked efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Aim for perfect orders to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate pick waitings to minimise disruption to picking flow.
• Coordinate with inbound/outbound teams to keep the diary on plan.
• Demonstrate leadership potential through on-the-job learning and training.
