Job summary

Aramark UK at Warwick Castle Resort is hiring an Accommodation Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead hotel restaurants, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive smooth service in a busy, high-volume setting.

You will recruit, train and motivate F&B teams, monitor KPIs, manage costs, and ensure food safety standards, while enjoying generous leave, on-site parking, and access to Merlin Magic Pass.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Food & Beverage teams in a high-volume restaurant or resort.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and manage costs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of hotel restaurants and ensure service excellence.
• Motivate, support and develop F&B teams to maintain high standards.
• Handle escalated guest queries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Control costs, stock levels and waste across outlets.
• Ensure Food Safety, Health & Safety and company standards.
