Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes in Essex near Maldon is seeking a Resort Cleaner to join our busy Housekeeping team, maintaining spotless public areas for guests. The role includes cleaning lounges, corridors, entertainment venues and guest facilities to the highest standards.

No formal qualifications are required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued. 4pm–12:30am shifts, five days a week, with competitive hourly pay and ongoing training through our Potters Academy.

Responsibilities

• Clean entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, corridors, toilets and reception to the highest standards.
• Prioritise and organise workload to meet timeframes.
• Follow COSHH regulations and resort cleaning processes at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and support the Housekeeping team.
• No previous experience required; training will be provided.

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Here at Potters Resorts Five Lakes, we are looking for a Resort Cleaner to join our busy Housekeeping team, looking after our public area facilities.Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring that the entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, corridors, toilets, and reception are clean, well maintained and presented to the highest standards which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Enthusiasm and energy to go the extra mile for our guests
• To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
• The ability to prioritise and organise your workload
• To follow the Resort cleaning processes and COSHH regulations at all times
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
• Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
• Support the Housekeeping Management team and your colleagues
• No experience required; with the right attitude and work ethic we can train on everything you need to know.

Hours

4pm - 12.30am. Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays.

Pay

£12.71 per hour (over 21 years)

£10.85 per hour (18 - 20 years)
