Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes is seeking a Resort Cleaner to join the busy Housekeeping team, looking after public area facilities. Duties include ensuring venues, restaurants, bars, corridors, toilets and reception stay clean and presentable to the highest standards.

The role offers 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, weekends and bank holidays. Pay is £12.71 per hour for over 21s and £10.85 per hour for 18-20s, with training and development via Potters Academy.

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Here at Potters Resorts Five Lakes, we are looking for a Resort Cleaner to join our busy Housekeeping team, looking after our public area facilities. Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring that the entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, corridors, toilets, and reception are clean, well maintained and presented to the highest standards which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Enthusiasm and energy to go the extra mile for our guests
• To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
• The ability to prioritise and organise your workload
• To follow the Resort cleaning processes and COSHH regulations at all times
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
• Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
• Support the Housekeeping Management team and your colleagues
• No experience required; with the right attitude and work ethic we can train on everything you need to know.

Hours

You will be working a combination of shifts on a rotational basis. These are:

06.30 - 15.00, 08.30 - 17.00 and 16.00 - 00.30. This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week to include weekends and bank holidays. You will work 5 days out of 7.

Pay

£12.71 per hour (over 21 years)

£10.85 per hour (18 - 20 years)
