Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes, Colchester Road, Tolleshunt Knights, Maldon, Essex, CM9 8HX, is seeking reliable Housekeeping Team Members for 30 hours per week, 9am–3pm, five days out of seven with rotational weekends and bank holidays. Full training provided; prior housekeeping experience is welcome but not essential.

You will clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms, make beds, replenish towels and toiletries, and respond to guest requests while following safety and hygiene procedures.

• Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Following our health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Working closely with your colleagues to complete rooms efficiently and on time

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Previous housekeeping experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Hours and location

• 30 hours per week


• 9am–3pm


• Working five days out of seven


• Rotational weekend and bank holiday working

Please note that, due to our rural location and lack of public transport, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll help ensure our guest accommodation is beautifully prepared and ready to welcome each new arrival. Your responsibilities will include:
